We were shifting our premises and for the new office we decided to go for a renowned ISP for our internet needs. So we gave a call to Bharti and got 2 internet lines to our office. Since it was two months for us to move there we asked them to lay the lines and activate the connections when we request them. Agreed by Bharti.
Two days after we asked them to activate the connections, they cut off one of the working connections and on enquiry said that we had requested to get them cut. Then started the journey of Requesting them to activate the connection and ended up in Bharti's Call Center Employees getting Rude, unsupportive and ARROGANT. This totally pissed me off and i got both the connections disconnected. To my surprise Bharti does not really care about clients leaving them. They are arrogant enough to tell the client that "They can't help him and that the client can go to someone else".
Cool isn't it :)

That's a very unfortunate thing to hear that despite there's a tough competition between ISP providers, there are still companies who are not providing good services. I only hope that Contact Center Philippines will also bring good services to their customers. |
