4 years ago when I was looking out for Laptops, I had zeroed down on 2 brands after looking at almost 50 of them ranging from the local assembled to the Hi-Fi IBM. These two brands were IBM and Dell. For IBM I found it to be very robust and sturdy but Dell gave me more customizations. Delivery time for IBM was instant or within 3 days depending on the model and that for DELL was about 25 days. Nevertheless, I went in for a DELL machine. It cost a lot but i was sure it was one of the best.

Its been four years that i have been using DELL without shutting it down for almost 2 weeks straight and the machine has given me impeccable service.

Two months back we had a major power surge in our office due to which the power adapter of the laptop burnt out. I looked at the local market to get a cheap solution to my problem and could not find any that could be delivered in a short span of time. People promised to get a suitable adapter in 15 days to a month.

Tired I gave a call to DELL thinking how expensive could the adapter be? The efficient, polite and helpful Technical Executive at DELL call center listened to my story and promised to deliver the adapter absolutely free of charge by the next day. It was 5:30 pm when i gave a call to DELL. The next day 10:00 am the adapter was at my doorsteps. They just replaced the adapter without any charge and that too when the warranty of the laptop had expired about three years back.

In my books DELL stands a clear winner in customer service.

Nice to hear that! :) Dells had a track record of pleased customers and excellent customer services until recently. The ever increasing series of customer complaints indicate that the brand name is suffering major set backs in terms of its market repute as a leading company in the computer and printer market. Dell clients and customers who had once appreciated the quick response level are somewhat now provoked by the customer service reps who fail to attend their issues and leave them in the open to deal their problems on their own.

Dell is one of the leading companies that sell some of the best computer products like laptops, printers, desktops and other PC accessories to suit the varying needs of different customers across the globe.

Most of the Dell customer reviews and experience indicate a mixed response towards getting good customer services support concerned with dell laptop repair and dell printer problems.

Several consumers have shared their personal experiences and some of them are quite satisfied with the customer services support given by Dell.

Few of them claim that they never had any problem with the Dell products like laptops, dell printers or dell printer ink cartridges due to the high quality products that were offered to them.

It seems that one of them had problems with the laptop but got the laptop view panel replacement done easily with the customer services support. At the same time, others have given a poor feedback as regards their experience with Dell customer representatives. KPO

I believe that and so many knowledge process outsourcing companies make sure they'd be partnering with DELL. They'd be the best in the industry I think as the years will pass.
